Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing any product, programme, or service offered by Indy Kaur Wellness (trading as @indykaurwellness). By making a purchase or accessing any content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the client or customer) and Indy Kaur, trading as Indy Kaur Wellness, a holistic health consultancy based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at: hello@indykaurwellness.com

2. Our Products and Services

Indy Kaur Wellness offers the following products and services:

• The 3 Minute Lymph Method — a 5-day digital programme

• The 3PM Rescue Plan — a digital add-on guide 

• 30-day 1:1 coaching programme 

• Rejuvenate You — a 6-week self-paced programme 

• 3-month coaching programme 

• 6-month deep detox programme (application only)

All digital products are delivered electronically. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Purchasing

When you purchase a product or programme, you enter into a binding agreement with Indy Kaur Wellness. You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• The information you provide at purchase is accurate and complete

• You are purchasing for your own personal use

Indy Kaur Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Digital Products and Access

4.1 Delivery

Digital programmes and resources are delivered via the platform or method specified at point of purchase (for example, email delivery, course portal access, or PDF download). Access details will be provided within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Access Duration

Access to digital programmes is provided for the period stated at the time of purchase. Indy Kaur Wellness reserves the right to update, amend, or retire digital content. Where significant changes are made, reasonable notice will be given.

4.3 Personal Use Only

All digital content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or otherwise make our content available to third parties. This includes sharing login credentials, forwarding downloadable content, or uploading our materials to any third-party platform.

5. Coaching and 1:1 Services

Where services include live or direct coaching, the following applies:

• Sessions must be booked in advance via the agreed booking system

• You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeit

• Results from coaching are dependent on your engagement, commitment, and individual circumstances. Indy Kaur Wellness cannot guarantee specific outcomes

• Coaching relationships are confidential. Indy Kaur Wellness will not share personal details discussed in sessions without your consent, unless required to do so by law

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products (including downloadable guides, mini courses, and self-paced programmes) are final. Refunds are not offered once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at info@@dhanvadh.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6.2 Higher-Ticket and Coaching Programmes

For programmes priced at £555 and above, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies from the date of purchase, in accordance with UK consumer law, provided that the service has not yet commenced. Once sessions or programme access have begun, the cooling-off period no longer applies.

To request a refund within the eligible period, contact us at info@dhanvadh.com with your name, order reference, and reason for the request.

7. Health Disclaimer

Indy Kaur Wellness provides general holistic health education and support. The information, guidance, and programmes offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before making any changes to your health, diet, or lifestyle, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescribed medication.

By purchasing or accessing our products and services, you accept full responsibility for your health decisions and acknowledge that any results shared are individual and not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by Indy Kaur Wellness, including but not limited to written materials, guides, scripts, videos, course content, frameworks, and branding, is the intellectual property of Indy Kaur. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

Testimonials and case studies shared are used with permission and may have been anonymised or lightly edited for clarity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indy Kaur Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our products or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
